A Beacon of Inclusion and Progress in the DC Business Community

The Equality Chamber Foundation (ECF) serves as a vital
nonprofit and nonpartisan network for hundreds of queer
and allied businesses in the DC area, reaching about
5,000 individuals through various initiatives

Our Vision

Fighting for equality and equity among LGBTQIA+ business leaders, the ECF is a nonprofit that aspires to become a global beacon of LGBTQIA+ business excellence, leadership, and innovation. We strive toward a future where diversity in leadership and workforce (regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, or sexual orientation is not merely welcomed but seen as a standard for success.
